Drivers can submit receipts from the road, and those receipts run through the same document pipeline as every other file, so the back office gets something structured to review instead of a photo and a guess. Approval is no longer all-or-nothing — an expense can be partly approved, which matters when one stop bundles a reimbursable charge with something that isn’t.
